\"\"<\/a>At Christ Church we are remaining positive about the current situation and are excited to be able to launch our new \u2018Keeping in Touch\u2019 (KIT) scheme.<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What is KIT?<\/strong> It might just be a regular phone call to check in on how our friends are. It could be offering help with practical things like shopping, IT support or other needs. We are a community of friends who are intent on finding hope in these difficult times by connecting with and supporting each other.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Loneliness can be disabling, our clergy team can also offer prayer, pastoral support or just a listening ear.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Our Parish Contact list<\/a><\/b><\/u> has more than 80 members \u2013 some of whom have asked for support and some who want to help others. The KIT scheme builds on this list to create a picture of those in our community who need the support of their neighbours and friends.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

We are initially targeting people in our Old Town, Swindon Parish\/ Community, however we will still be happy to support others not in this specific area if needed.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
