\u00a0This year Dragon\u2019s Den winners Sublime Science will be entertaining the children (and adults too) with their spectacular whizzy experiments, gooey slime, magic, smoke and fizzing potions as well as the odd flying rocket!<\/div>\n

Delicious food outlets and live music from the superb Bill Bailey Jazz Band, vintage swing boats and traditional games from Hoopla to a Penalty Shoot Out, add to the fun in this FREE to enter event.<\/div>\n

\u00a0This is definitely a day for foodies too. Enjoy the real ale and cider tent, or indulge in a gorgeous cake in the decorative Tea Garden. If you fancy hot and savoury there will be sizzling paella, a barbeque with locally sourced burgers and sausages and Caribbean street food dishes.<\/div>\n

There\u2019ll be craft and heritage stalls, plants to brighten up your garden, local produce and a bee and honey stand.\u00a0\u00a0 You can try your hand at bell ringing a mere 46 steps up into the church tower, and discover more about Swindon\u2019s heritage and the 1st<\/sup> World War.\u00a0 There will also be an opportunity to search your own family history on \u2013line with expert help.\"20140920_121514\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Event Organiser Daphne Hardwick said:\u00a0 \u201cWe are thrilled that more organisations than ever are keen to take part in this local community event and delighted that Charles Harding Estate Agents are supporting us again. It\u2019s going to be great fun and we look forward to seeing lots of people on the day.\u00a0 The new Community Centre @Christ Church has already proved a massive hit with local groups and has provided a lovely venue to support the Old Town Autumn Fayre.\u201d<\/div>\n
